Quality Policy

We further recognise that the realisation of the quality requirements as set out in this policy manual rests with the undersigned management. We agree to abide by all the relevant requirements and conditions laid down in the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, SANAS,SAHPRA, customer needs and relevant regulatory authorities.

The management of CCL and all staff are committed to maintain good professional practices and to provide a quality service to its customers.All laboratory activities shall be undertaken impartially, structured and managed to ensure that they do not compromise impartiality.

Staff Training

To achieve the above goals, management commits itself to provide all members of staff of CCL, with training in all aspects of the implementation of the management system, and providing the necessary training in the activities that form their day-to-day duties.

Objectives of the Management System

The management of CCL and all staff are committed to maintain good professional practices and to provide a quality service to its customers. Our services will be defined and monitored on a continuous annual basis through the management review held annually.

Mission Statement

Consulting Chemical Laboratories mission is to supply an integrated, quality driven analytical consultancy service based on an informed and internationally recognised framework and to uphold the principles of good laboratory practise. The management and staff of the companies pledge their commitment to this mission statement.
